Code of Conduct

Seagulls Media Solutions is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and respect for all stakeholders. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, advertisers, publishers, and partners in the Seagulls network.
Integrity & Honesty
We conduct all business dealings honestly and transparently. Misrepresentation of services, falsification of data, or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
All performance metrics, reporting, and communications with partners must accurately reflect actual results.
Regulatory Compliance
All Seagulls activities must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, state insurance regulations, and industry-specific advertising standards.
Partners must maintain compliant consent capture mechanisms and honor consumer opt-out requests promptly.
Consumer Protection
We prioritize consumer trust. Marketing materials must be clear, accurate, and not misleading. Consumer data must be collected with appropriate consent and used only for disclosed purposes.
We prohibit predatory targeting of vulnerable populations and require additional review for campaigns affecting sensitive consumer groups.
Fair Competition
We compete fairly and do not engage in anti-competitive practices, bribery, kickbacks, or conflicts of interest that compromise objective decision-making.
Gifts and entertainment above nominal value must be disclosed and approved in accordance with company policy.
Human Rights Statement
Seagulls Media Solutions is committed to respecting human rights in all jurisdictions where we operate. We oppose human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, and all forms of modern slavery.
We expect our partners, vendors, and suppliers to uphold the same standards. We conduct due diligence on significant vendor relationships and address human rights concerns promptly.
Employees and partners may report human rights concerns confidentially through ethics@seagullsmediasolutions.com without fear of retaliation.
Reporting Violations
Employees and partners who become aware of potential violations of this Code should report them to ethics@seagullsmediasolutions.com or their designated partner manager.
Seagulls prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. Violations may result in termination of employment, partnership, or legal action.
